To cancel via the DocPlay website, go to the "Your Account" page on our website, select “Preferences”, and then select the “Subscription” tab and select “Free User” to cancel.
If you subscribed via iTunes, to cancel please login to your iTunes account and cancel the subscription there. Help instructions
